Uzbekistan is among the world leaders in apricot production

The U.S.-based World Population River published a global map of apricot-producing countries. Similarly, Italy’s Cherrytimes.it released a TOP 10 ranking of leading apricot-producing nations.

Uzbekistan was ranked among the top countries in both publications. According to 2024 data, Uzbekistan produced a total of 527,000 tons of apricots, placing the country second in the world.

This achievement highlights Uzbekistan’s strong agricultural capacity, favorable climate, and continued success in fruit cultivation.
