In the coming days, Uzbekistan’s population is expected to face a serious challenge — a strong magnetic storm is forecasted in the country. According to the Meteonova portal, on September 22 a “dark yellow” hazardous level of geomagnetic activity will be recorded.
Experts report that this phenomenon may be especially difficult for people with health problems. Those suffering from cardiovascular diseases, nervous system disorders, diabetes, or bronchial asthma may experience stronger effects. In addition, weather-sensitive individuals and those suffering from meteoropathy are also advised to be cautious.
The peak of the magnetic storm is expected at 5:00 in the morning. Solar activity will last until 14:00, gradually weakening towards the evening. During this period, people may experience headaches, heart discomfort, insomnia, or emotional unease.
Doctors remind that on such days it is advisable to increase fluid intake, avoid unnecessary stress, and pay more attention to rest. If serious health issues arise, immediate medical attention should be sought.
Strong magnetic storms can affect not only human health but also the functioning of various technical devices and communication systems. For this reason, experts urge the public to remain cautious.
