Large-scale construction work has begun in the Bektemir district of Tashkent to improve road infrastructure. From September 21, 2025, the intersection of the Bektemir road and the Big Ring Road will be temporarily closed. This was officially reported by the Main Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the city.
Construction and repair work related to road infrastructure is being carried out at this intersection. For this reason, bus routes No. 39, 45, 68, 93, 110, 117, 128, and 130, currently passing through this area, have been temporarily changed.
Buses will now run on alternative temporary roads organized around the intersection. During construction work, traffic jams may arise, and the interval between buses may increase. Officials are asking passengers for understanding and patience for these temporary inconveniences.
Changes in routes are valid until the completion of construction work. Additional changes may also be made if necessary. A separate official announcement has been made about this.
