
Starting from November 1, 2025, a number of changes will come into force in Uzbekistan to support business, expand digital services, and optimize the state apparatus, Zamin.uz reported.
For business:
Banks will be able to issue loans up to 10 billion soums.
Microcredits up to 500 million soums will be refinanced at a 6% rate.
The project must have been operating for at least 1 year, have 2 employees, and create 5 jobs.
Digital services:
Mobile operators and banks will provide government services through apps.
EPIGu data will be equated to paper documents.
OneID system: login via Face ID, and people of retirement age and pregnant women will receive service without waiting in line.
State apparatus:
According to the presidential decree, the number of management positions will be reduced.
Professional voucher:
Citizens will receive a loan based on a voucher for studying a profession; after employment, it must be repaid within 2 years.
Social protection:
Companies with 100+ employees must allocate 3% of jobs for people with disabilities and those under social protection.
Additional:
A mobile app for customs declaration will be launched.
Cotton futures can be made at free prices from November 1 to June 1.
