
15 percent of “Infinbank” shares were acquired by the “Entrepreneurship Development Company”, according to a source from Bankir. Now, this company has been officially registered in the list of the bank’s shareholders.
Previously, the sole major shareholder of the bank was Farhod Mamajonov. Most likely, he transferred part of his stake to the state-owned company.
For reference, the “Entrepreneurship Development Company” is under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and reported a net profit of 421.1 billion soums in 2025. “Infinbank”, in turn, made a profit of 196.5 billion soums.
