The autumn season was a period of revival in Uzbekistan's tourism - in October 2025, 1 million 170 thousand foreign tourists visited our country. This is 13.2% more than in the same period last year, the Tourism Committee reports.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 9.7 million foreign citizens have arrived in Uzbekistan. According to experts, this indicator strengthens Uzbekistan's position on the world tourism map and makes the country one of the fastest-growing tourist centers in Central Asia.
The most popular destinations among tourists remain unchanged: Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, and Tashkent are leading as the most visited destinations for international visitors. Interest in ecological and gastronomic tourism is also growing - more and more tourists are choosing areas in the Fergana Valley and the south of the country that combine natural and national flavor.
