Good news for students! Now students of higher educational institutions living in rented accommodation can receive part of the rent from the state, the government portal reported.
This process is fully online - you don't need to go to the university or the bank. Students can apply through the my.gov.uz portal by selecting the service "Reimbursement of part of the monthly rent for students of state universities."
Document submission is not required - the system automatically checks all the data.
If the application is approved, students studying in the city of Tashkent will receive a refund of 1 BRV, and students living in the regions - 0.5 BRV.
Applications are accepted from the 1st to the 7th of each month. This will allow thousands of students to reduce their rental costs.
