Strategic dialogue between China and Uzbekistan has begun

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported. Within the framework of the visit, he is meeting with Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov to discuss issues of expanding trade and economic cooperation and developing cultural and humanitarian exchanges.

The next meeting of the Strategic Dialogue between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and China began in Tashkent. The meeting is considered an important step in strengthening bilateral friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership.

The agenda discusses such topical areas as deepening political dialogue, developing trade and economic ties, expanding cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian sphere, and strengthening cooperation in the field of regional security.
