New regulations have been established to ensure traffic safety in parking lots and designated parking areas. According to the rules, vehicles are prohibited from exceeding a speed limit of 5 kilometers per hour within these zones. This measure is aimed at ensuring the safety of pedestrians, drivers, and the general public.
Furthermore, several activities will be restricted within parking areas. Specifically, repairing, washing, and refueling vehicles with fuel or lubricants is prohibited except in specially designated areas. Additionally, the use of open flames for engines or other vehicle components is strictly forbidden.
According to the regulations, smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are also prohibited in these areas. Moreover, the establishment of separate storage spaces for fuel and lubricants is not permitted. These measures have been introduced to prevent fire hazards and other dangerous incidents.
