2.59 hectares of land in Tashkent put up for sale for 241 billion soum

The State Assets Management Agency of Uzbekistan has announced the auction of a 2.59-hectare industrial complex located in Tashkent's Yashnabad district. Situated near the Mashinasozlar metro station, the property features various warehouses and auxiliary buildings with a starting price set at 241.85 billion UZS. The electronic sale is scheduled to take place on May 25 via the E-auksion platform, with applications accepted until the morning of the event. This sale is being conducted as part of a national privatization program approved by the President in March 2023.

The State Assets Management Agency has put a complex of buildings located in the Yashnobod district of Tashkent up for sale. Information regarding this property was published on the E-auksion electronic trading platform, Spot.uz reports.
The land plot is situated along Elbek Street, between the flour mill of the "O'zdonmaxsulot" company and the territory of the Tashkent Mechanical Plant. The area is located near the "Mashinasozlar" metro station and currently houses several warehouses.
The total area of the complex is 2.59 hectares. The area of the warehouses and auxiliary facilities within the plot amounts to 4,729 square meters. The territory is equipped with water and electricity supplies.
The starting price for the lot has been set at 241.85 billion soum. The auction is scheduled to take place on May 25 at 10:00 AM, with applications accepted until 9:00 AM on the same day. This property is being sold as part of the privatization program approved by the President in March 2023.
