
A 47-year-old Uzbek citizen was detained in Saint Petersburg after claiming he had a grenade while inside the "Pali" restaurant.
The incident occurred on February 20. The man entered the restaurant and announced that he had a grenade in his pocket. Law enforcement officers quickly arrived at the scene and detained him. A search revealed that he had no explosive devices.
