Ramzon Kadyrov's minor son was appointed curator of Chechen police

The youngest son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, 17-year-old Adam Kadyrov, has been appointed curator of the regional department of the Russian Interior Ministry.

After receiving congratulations, Ramzan Kadyrov's son appointed a new head of the operational-search department of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs's Department for Ensuring Its Own Security. After that, he presented several employees with medals of the Heroes of Chechnya.

In the summer of 2023, Adam Kadyrov beat Nikita Zhuravel in a pre-trial detention center for burning the Quran. Kadyrov posted footage of the beating and said that he was proud of his son's act.

After that, Adam Kadyrov received several awards, took a position in his father's security service, and began to lead the "Sheikh Mansur" battalion of the Russian Ministry of Defense. He was also awarded the title of Hero of Chechnya. In December, Ramzan Kadyrov said that the court had not decided to punish his son, and that the Chechen authorities should not be involved in this.
