On February 1, 2025, American Truett Haynes recorded one of the most amazing sporting achievements in world history in Salt Lake City, Utah. He entered the Guinness Book of Records by setting a new record by performing 10,001 pull-ups on the horizontal bar in 24 hours.
According to the official Guinness website, Haynes achieved this result thanks to great preparation and determination. This is not his first attempt - he set a similar record in 2021 by pulling up 8,100 times. But this result did not last long: Australian Harry Lloyd, in a short time, surpassed Haynes' achievement by 8,600 pull-ups.
However, the American athlete did not back down and this year achieved a result that amazed everyone - 10,001 pull-ups! With this, he not only restored his previous achievement, but also reached a new milestone.
After the record, Haynes said: "I can say about myself that I never give up. Maybe I do not have unique abilities or strength, and throughout my life it has never been easy for me, but fate has given me the opportunity not to give up on my goals."
The athlete is an example to many not only for his physical strength, but also for his mental endurance. His achievement has proven once again what can be achieved with willpower, patience, and determination. Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
