
As of March 22, 2024, judicial investigation continues regarding the bloody terrorist attack in Russia’s Moscow region. The tragedy at the “Crocus City Hall” concert venue near Moscow claimed the lives of 146 people and injured more than 550. It was revealed that four of the suspects are citizens of Tajikistan.
Forensic psychiatric examination results: “Mentally sane”
According to the lawyer of one of the accused — Dalerjon Mirzoev, Oleg Vlasov, all group members were found to be fully sane.
“Experts determined that they were able to understand and control their actions. Their physical condition is also good,” said Vlasov.
This conclusion means that they will be held fully accountable in court.
What happened?
The tragedy occurred on the evening of March 22 at the “Crocus City Hall” concert venue in Krasnogorsk.
- Four armed individuals stormed the building and opened fire on the audience;
- They then set different parts of the building on fire;
- As a result, the building completely burned down;
- 146 people died in the attack, and more than 550 were injured.
According to the investigation, the following individuals are suspected of committing the attack:
- Muhammadsobir Fayzov
- Dalerjon Mirzoev
- Saidakrom Rajabalizoda
- Shamsiddin Fariduni
All are citizens of Tajikistan.

During the investigation, the suspects remain in custody. They have been charged under multiple articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
