Mirziyoyev concluded his visit to Hungary and departed for Slovenia
The official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Hungary ended on May 20. As part of the trip, the head of state held a number of important meetings and negotiations.

On May 20, Tashkent time, the President held talks with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in two stages - first in a narrow circle, then in an expanded format. The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in the political, economic, educational and technological spheres.

On the same day, Mirziyoyev also met with the Speaker of the Hungarian National Assembly, Laszlo Köver, as well as with the heads of the country's leading banks and large companies. The talks discussed investment projects, joint ventures and issues related to increasing bilateral trade turnover.

In addition, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev participated in the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States in Budapest. At the event, he put forward a number of initiatives aimed at further expanding multilateral cooperation within the organization and deepening mutual integration.

At the end of the official visit, President Mirziyoyev, under the supervision of Hungarian officials, departed for Slovenia via the Liszt Ferenc International Airport. It is worth noting that a number of official meetings of the Uzbek leader are also planned there.
