One of the largest awards in aviation, the Skytrax World Airline Awards, was presented to its winners at the Paris Air Show. According to the results of 2024, Qatar Airways, the famous airline of Qatar, was recognized as the best airline in the world, winning this prestigious title for the ninth time in its history.
This award is given based on passenger votes. This year, about 22.3 million passengers from more than 150 countries gave their assessment to 325 airlines. Particular attention was paid to their quality of service, comfort during the flight, safety and on-board service.

Unfortunately, Uzbek airlines did not make it to the top hundred this year either. In the Central Asian region, Kazakhstan's Air Astana ranked 36th, while FlyArystan ranked 87th. This also indicates the need to improve the quality of air services in the region.
There are also recognized winners in other directions. For example, the Singapore Airlines crew won the "Best Crew" nomination, Turkish Airlines was recognized as the best in Europe, and EVA Air was recognized as the cleanest airline.
The Skytrax rating is based not only on the quality of service, but also on the real impressions of passengers, their aspirations and requirements. Therefore, this rating shows real competition and changes in the global aviation market.
