The crash of the AN-24 passenger plane near the city of Tynda in Russia may have been influenced by weather conditions. This was reported by Vadim Zavodchenkov, a specialist from the "Phobos" meteorological center, on the "Russia 24" TV channel.
According to Zavodchenkov, at the time of the incident, there were low cloud conditions in Tynda. In some areas, the lower cloud limit dropped to 300 meters. This is not dangerous for typical flights, but Tynda is located between mountains at an altitude of 1.5 kilometers, which could have complicated the aircraft's movements.
Zavodchenkov believes that the clouds could have obstructed the mountain peaks, distracting the crew and possibly leading to the plane's crash.
It is noted that the crash in Russia resulted in the death of about 50 people.
