American comedian and paranormal enthusiast Matt Rife, along with his friend and YouTuber Elton Castee, have officially become legal guardians of the famous Warren collection. This collection includes its most famous artifact — the Annabelle doll.
Ed and Lorraine Warren are well-known investigators who studied real-life paranormal events. Their work inspired the film The Conjuring. The most iconic item in their museum is an antique doll named Annabelle, said to be associated with a demonic spirit.
They didn’t purchase the collection but secured official guardianship rights for five years. This gives them the opportunity to use Annabelle and other artifacts for public purposes.
The Warrens’ museum was closed in 2019. Rife and Castee now plan to reopen it and organize tours and overnight experiences. Safety and fire regulations must be fully observed.
The Dan Rivera Incident
Paranormal investigator Dan Rivera, who used to showcase Annabelle at exhibitions, suddenly passed away in July. According to official reports, the doll was not present at the time of his death, and there were no signs of foul play.
In recent years, interest in paranormal topics has been growing in our country as well. Such content is widely shared on YouTube and TikTok. The events surrounding Annabelle may further fuel this interest.
