The Lego company has made history once again, reports Meduza. According to the announcement, the renowned Danish company has officially announced one of the largest and most expensive design kits developed based on the Star Wars model.
The new collection, known as the "Death Star," is priced at $999.99 or approximately 12.5 million soums. It was noted as one of the most expensive sets in LEGO history.
This set consists of more than 9000 parts, with a height of 70 cm and a width of 80 cm. The set also includes 38 character figures, including such famous heroes as Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leia, and Emperor Palpatin.
The constructor is completely divided into several sectors, in which one can recreate favorite and popular scenes from "Star Wars." These include Princess Leigh's prison, Palpatin's throne hall, and the hangar administration center.
This collection is intended not only for children, but also for fans of the Star Wars franchise of all ages. This collector's product is of great interest and caused discussion on social networks even before the presentation.
Official trading will begin on October 4, 2025. The LEGO company is expected to have high demand for the product. Some fans are already trying to pre-order the set.
As a reminder, the most expensive LEGO kit until now was the Millennium Falcon model dedicated to "Star Wars." It was released in 2017 and contains 7,400 parts. Currently, its price is approximately $850 or about 10.6 million soums.
