U.S. President Donald Trump strongly criticized European countries for failing to resolve the migration crisis.
He made this statement during his speech at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
According to Trump, the number of crimes committed by migrants in Europe continues to rise. At the same time, he emphasized that Washington has already found a solution to this issue.
“Believe me, I know these matters very well. Your countries are heading toward destruction. In America, we took strict measures to stop uncontrolled migration. After we began detaining everyone who crossed the border illegally and deporting them, they simply stopped coming,” he said.
According to the U.S. leader, Europe is now overwhelmed by an unprecedented wave of illegal migrants, and no one is doing anything effective to address the problem.
