Trump's statement shocked European leaders

US President Donald Trump surprised European countries with his unexpected statement. According to him, the responsibility to help Ukraine should primarily fall on Europe and NATO. This was reported by the Steigan publication.

According to the article, Trump intends to reduce Washington's direct involvement in the Ukrainian conflict. In his opinion, America should not bear the primary responsibility for the consequences of this crisis; rather, this task belongs to the European Union and NATO.

In this regard, the head of European diplomacy Kallas also expressed her opinion. According to her, NATO cannot exist without the US. The publication described this situation as "NATO without the US is like a headless chicken."
