Any visa holders can perform Umrah in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that holders of any type of valid visa to enter the country — including tourist, family, work, and transit visas — can now perform the Umrah pilgrimage, Uz24.uz reported.

This decision aims to simplify religious ceremonies for foreign citizens, facilitate the pilgrimage process, and develop religious tourism. The initiative is being implemented within the framework of Saudi Arabia’s national “Vision 2030” strategy.

In recent years, the kingdom has been developing electronic services for Umrah and Hajj, online visa applications, hotel booking, and creating even more modern and comfortable conditions for pilgrims.
