Macron: "There can be no question of resignation"

French President Emmanuel Macron has stated he has no intention of resigning in the near future. This was reported by The Times.

According to reports, those demanding Macron's resignation are coming not only from the opposition but also from some of his political partners within his own centrist bloc. However, the president blames "uncompromising parties" and "politicians who prioritize the struggle for power" for the political crisis in the country.

Macron noted that this is "the most serious political crisis observed in France since the 1950s."

Speaking on the sidelines of the peace summit in Gaza in the Egyptian city of Sharm el-Sheikh, the President stated that he has distanced himself from internal instability in the country.

The task of restoring political stability in France is now entrusted to Macron's ally - the recently reappointed Prime Minister, Sebastien Lecorne.
