Construction of the Dubai Square Mall, which is expected to become one of the largest and most innovative shopping and entertainment centers in the Middle East, has begun in Dubai. The project is being implemented by Emaar Properties in the Dubai Creek Harbor area.
The most unique feature of this shopping center is that customers can enter the building directly with their cars and stop in front of the shops. Such an opportunity creates convenience for customers and fundamentally distinguishes the project from other shopping centers.
Inside the Dubai Square Mall, there will be hundreds of clothing stores, modern restaurants, family entertainment areas, as well as virtual and digital experimental spaces. Approximately $50 billion is planned to be invested in the project.
It is expected that this center will strengthen Dubai as a center of trade and technological innovation not only in the Middle East, but also on a global scale.
