Russian General Killed in Car Bomb
In southern Moscow, a car driven by Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov exploded. The blast happened in the morning as the car was leaving a parking area, and Sarvarov was injured and died. Videos of the accident are available at the scene.

The Russian Investigative Committee is collecting evidence, questioning witnesses, and reviewing security cameras. The possible involvement of Ukrainian special services is also being investigated.

Ukrainian officials did not comment on the incident. In the past four years, several Russian military and high-ranking officials have died in car bombings in Moscow and nearby areas.

Russian authorities are investigating the incident. Previous blasts also affected members of the General Staff, leaders of Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection troops, and relatives of nationalist leaders. Details of the incident are still being clarified.
