In Bashkiria, a man who threw his mother out of the window will be convicted. This was reported to "Lente.ru" by the investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee (SEC) for the region.
He is accused under Article 105 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
According to the investigation, on the evening of November 30, 2025, a 39-year-old man was in his dormitory room on Khudayberdin Street, where he was drinking alcoholic beverages with his 60-year-old mother. During the drinking, he asked the woman to formalize guardianship over his two children, who were seized from him and placed in a special facility.
The woman refused, resulting in a conflict with insults. As a result, the man picked up the mother and threw her out of the open window from the sixth floor. The injuries sustained by the victim proved incompatible with life.
During the investigation, sufficient evidence was gathered, as well as necessary examinations were conducted, the scene was inspected, and witnesses were questioned.
The man admitted his guilt. The criminal case has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
