Iran has put forward three main conditions for resuming negotiations with the United States. According to a Lebanese TV channel, Tehran is demanding a guarantee against the resumption of war, possession of a full nuclear fuel cycle, and compensation for damages incurred. Reports tengrinews.kz.
It should be noted that on February 28 of this year, the US and Israel launched a military operation against Iran. Tel Aviv stated that the main goal of these actions was to prevent Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons. In turn, Washington threatened to destroy Iran's fleet and defense industry, calling on the country's citizens to overthrow the current regime.
According to the latest data, at least 1,300 people have died as a result of US and Israeli strikes on Iran. Among the victims is Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. On March 9, the Assembly of Experts appointed the deceased leader's son, Mojtaba Khamenei, as the new Supreme Leader of Iran.
According to media reports, missiles are hitting not only military facilities but also civilian infrastructure in Iran and other countries in the region. In response, Tehran is launching attacks on Israeli territory and American military bases in the Middle East.
