It has been reported that the US has sent a 15-point peace plan to Iran

The US presented Iran with a comprehensive 15-point plan to end the conflict and war in the Middle East. This information was released on Tuesday, March 24th, by The New York Times, citing two informed officials. It was reported that the document was delivered to Iranian authorities through Pakistan.
According to the Israeli television channel N12, the plan provides for Iran's renunciation of nuclear weapons development, the transfer of enriched uranium reserves to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and a number of measures aimed at strengthening peace in the region.
According to Axios, US Presidential Special Representative Stephen Whitkoff informed Donald Trump that Iran had agreed to hand over several key clauses of the plan, particularly high-enriched uranium reserves. However, Tehran's official response is not yet clear and has not yet refuted or confirmed it. The reaction of Israel, acting in cooperation with the US, to this peace plan has not yet been disclosed.
Trump reported on March 23rd that "effective negotiations" had been held with Iran and that he had ordered a five-day suspension of strikes on energy facilities. Iran denied this statement, stating that there were no negotiations.
Meanwhile, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on March 24 that ships deemed "unfriendly" to the UN Security Council and the International Maritime Organization could safely cross the Strait of Hormuz if they agreed on their actions with Tehran in advance. Reuters reported that the document emphasizes that ships that comply with these rules retain the right to safe navigation.
At the same time, it is noted that due to the conflict and war in the Middle East, the transit of about 20% of the world's oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG) reserves through the Strait of Hormuz has been suspended. This situation has a significant impact on energy supply in the region and global prices.
