Ferrari Luce becomes a meme: Toblerone mocks the brand's first electric car

The Ferrari Luce electric supercar has become one of the most discussed topics in the automotive world and a subject of jokes outside the industry. This time, the Swiss brand Toblerone, famous for its triangular "mountain" packaging, unexpectedly joined the debate. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports.
The reason for this was the shape of the Ferrari Luce body. Much of the audience, including former company executives, called the design controversial due to its smoothed lines and an aesthetic uncharacteristic of the brand. In response, Toblerone posted a reworked version of its signature packaging on social media — it lacks sharp edges, the shapes are rounded, and it bears the caption "This is not happening."
In its post, the brand emphasized that "rounded shapes are not for us," adding that the company will "always remain loyal to the corners." This post quickly went viral on social media, further fueling the discussion surrounding the design of the Ferrari brand's first electric car.
Despite the criticism, the technical specifications of the Ferrari Luce are at the hypercar level: the vehicle is equipped with four electric motors with a total output of approximately 1050 hp. It takes about 2.5 seconds to reach 100 km/h, and about 6.8 seconds to reach 200 km/h.
This incident surrounding the Ferrari Luce proved that discussions on social media regarding design and perception can influence the reception of a vehicle just as much as its technical specifications.
