The Turkish world of art was plunged into sadness. Famous singer and stage star Gullu (real name Gul Tut) tragically passed away. According to NTV, the incident occurred on the night of September 26th in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Chinarjik district, Yalova region.
According to reports, the singer lost her balance and fell down while playing music on the balcony on the 5th floor of her house with her daughter and her friend. Unfortunately, the doctors were unable to save his life.
Following the incident, various rumors circulated on social media about Gullou committing suicide. However, the singer's son, Tugberk Gulter, denied these reports, stating that his mother had died as a result of an accident:
"I announce this news with deep sorrow. Tonight was a great tragedy for our loved ones. We lost my mother, the beloved artist Gullou, in an accident. The rumors circulating on social media about suicide are completely unfounded."
The Chinarjik District Police Department announced the commencement of the investigation.
Gul Tut was born on 15 October 1973 in Beyoğlu, Turkey. He was well known to the public as the author and performer of popular songs such as "Everything I Have Been," "Sun Before Morning," "Bendeki Sen," "Unutamazın Beni."
