Singer Larisa Dolina did not appear at the next court hearing in the case of large-scale fraud, in which she participates as a victim. According to the investigation, the defendants, introducing themselves as representatives of the housing program, convinced the artist and, having gained his trust, persuaded him to make an agreement regarding the singer's apartment.
According to a TASS correspondent, four defendants were present in the courtroom, but Dolina herself did not appear. The trial proceeded as usual, and the parties continued to consider the circumstances of the case.
The incident occurred in 2024. At that time, the singer became a victim of fraudulent activities - the criminals almost deprived her of property rights to her apartment in the center of Moscow. According to the case materials, the damage may have reached 300 million rubles.
The contract for the sale of real estate was deemed invalid, and the property was returned to Dolina. Now the court is investigating how the defendants organized the scheme and how they convinced the famous singer.
