The Supreme Court determined that Larisa Dolina sold the apartment while she was mentally ill. This follows from the published court decision.
The examination revealed that the singer had not suffered from any mental disorders before contact with fraudsters. However, during the period of their influence, a change in her mental state occurred "against the background of her personal characteristics."
"Dolina L.A.'s psychological response to fraudulent influence was facilitated by a number of psychological characteristics of the victim, namely: age group, expressed security values, way of thinking, and personal traits," the expert's conclusion states. Nevertheless, according to the Supreme Court's decision, this "does not constitute grounds for invalidating its [transaction]."
In the summer of 2024, Dolina sold her apartment worth over 138 million rubles to 34-year-old single mother Polina Lourier, but later it was revealed that the singer had done this under the influence of fraudsters. In March 2025, the court deemed the transaction invalid and ordered Dolina to return the property, so the buyer was left not only without the money spent but also without the apartment purchased. Lure's counterclaim was rejected.
