One of TikTok's most popular bloggers, Habi Leim, with 270 million subscribers, sold a portion of his stake in Step Distinctive Limited to the American firm Rich Sparkle Holdings for $975 million. This amount is estimated at approximately 11.7-12.7 trillion soums (depending on the exchange rate). The deal means that the blogger's future income model will take on a completely new form.
Under the terms of the agreement, for the next three years, the purchasing party will have exclusive rights to Habi Leim's globally profitable destinations. That is, advertising, licensing, sales of branded products, and other monetization channels are planned to be managed from a single center. As a result, the blogger's income is now more tied to the overall success of the business built around his name than to individual advertising contracts.
The most noteworthy aspect of the deal is said to be that Habi Leim agreed to create a "digital twin" based on artificial intelligence. This AI copy, which can replicate its face, voice, and behavior, can conduct regular broadcasts in various languages, produce content, and participate in commercial activities. The company assessed this as a new model that combines content and e-commerce on a global scale.
