Why does Muyassar Berdikulova keep her personal life secret?

In Uzbekistan, the honored artist, theater and film actress Muyassar Berdikulova openly talked about her personal life, childhood memories, and experiences related to health. She admitted that she had undergone stomach surgery, does not feel embarrassed to visit a cosmetologist, and rejuvenates day by day.
“I reduced my stomach volume and gained health”
Muyassar shared thoughts about rejuvenating day by day:
— First of all, a person's inner world must be clean, and the soul free. Even a person who can properly accept the success of their enemy is granted a long life by Allah. I have no doubt about this. Also, as an artist, we should be an example for everyone and show it with our style. Even though I am not very graceful, I try to act according to my age. I want women who see me to think: “At Muyassar opa’s age, we should also look like this.” Now I work with a cosmetologist and do minimal interventions on my face, and I am not ashamed. My age is not 30; I am ready even at 45–50.
Additionally, she mentioned undergoing bariatric surgery (reducing stomach volume to lose weight). — After the operation, I lost a lot of weight. Everyone said: “You lost weight like a sick person.” But now I returned to my normal state, says the actress.

— I do not like my friend’s phrase “Would apple and apricot match?” There is no need to repeat it. If we constantly say we are aging, it negatively affects health. We must always be strong and energetic. Now we are free from children; everyone is doing their favorite work and enjoying life. Even at 80–90 years old, we will fondly remember this period.
“Everyone is interested in my family”
Muyassar Berdikulova never talks about her personal life and family. — My family is my “kitchen.” What happens there is only under my control. Outside, I only bring out ready food. In the family, I am free, but outside I speak very carefully, says the actress.
“The respect of my classmates brought tears to my eyes”

— I am from the Narin district of Namangan. I lived there until entering the institute. In spring, I always want to return there. Last year, I met classmates I hadn’t seen in 40 years. In a cafe, they made a live corridor; when I got out of the car: “Muyassar opa is entering,” and I burst into tears. Everyone communicated warmly and sincerely, says the actress.
“My childhood passed healthily and joyfully”
Muyassar recalls her childhood: — My father was slightly jealous, my grandmother put us to sleep. We bathed in irrigation canals, cooled bread that my aunt baked. Even if we ate bread immersed in muddy water, we were healthy. At school, we were sent to eat on the field, and after we drank water from the canal.
The greatest wealth — health and a beloved profession
— My wealth is in many things: my beloved profession, health, and energy to live for myself. If I am healthy, I am needed by everyone — children, spouse, friends. Every day, looking in the mirror, I say to myself: “I love you.” Recently, Zuhra Solieva taught me this, says the actress.
