Actor and blogger Bobur Mansurov has been awarded the "Madaniyat va sanʼat fidokori" (Devotee of Culture and Art) badge in honor of the Day of Culture and Art Workers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This award has sparked various opinions and debates on social media. Responding to the situation, Mansurov stated that he disagrees with the claims that the award was undeserved.
According to him, it is impossible to please everyone, and creative work is not perceived the same way by all. The actor noted that he has been active in the arts for 12 years.
He pointed out that he has worked on series, plays, and various events, sometimes even without receiving payment.
At the same time, he emphasized that his participation in state events and social videos also demonstrates that his efforts have been recognized. In Mansurov's view, it is important to support creators rather than constantly criticizing them.
He stressed that if creative professionals are constantly subjected to criticism, the development of the sector could slow down.
