Videos showing Jeki Chan’s dangerous stunts spread in Baku

Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, has become one of the locations where “Xudolar qurol-aslahasi 4: Ultimatum,” starring Jeki Chan, is being filmed. Filming for the movie in Azerbaijan concluded on 17 August.

Videos from the film’s Baku scenes have spread on social media, attracting viewers’ attention. Footage showing 72-year-old Jeki Chan taking part in stunt scenes, in particular, has prompted widespread discussion.

According to local media reports, the actor injured his hand while filming one of the stunt scenes. A video circulating on social media shows Jeki Chan holding his hand and appearing to be in pain. Nevertheless, the injury did not result in filming being halted.

“Xudolar qurol-aslahasi 4: Ultimatum” is the next installment in the famous “Armour of God” franchise, in which Jeki Chan once again returns as the legendary adventurer known as the “Asian Hawk.” The film’s main production has been carried out in Kazakhstan, while Baku has been one of the project’s key locations.

More than 200 local specialists and dozens of companies were involved in filming in Baku. The film is expected to premiere in 2027.
