Trump portrait to appear in US passport
The United States is set to release new passport designs to commemorate the 250th anniversary of its independence, featuring a portrait of current President Donald Trump. According to "Time," the new passports will display Trump's image and his signature in gold on the inside front cover, while the back will feature excerpts from John Trumbull's "Declaration of Independence." These special passports will primarily be issued through a specific agency in Washington, while standard passports will remain unchanged in other regions and online. Additionally, there are plans to include Trump's signature on $100 bills and to mint a 24-karat gold coin featuring his likeness, although the exact number of new passports to be produced is still unclear.
