Tourist boat with 110 passengers sinks in Turkey

A tourist boat carrying 110 passengers has sunk near the city of Marmaris, Turkey. The incident occurred around Paradise Island.

According to reports, once water began entering the vessel, the captain attempted to steer it toward the shore. However, the boat filled with water in a short amount of time.

Passengers were evacuated to other nearby boats. It was reported that there were no casualties resulting from the incident.

An investigation into the incident has been launched.
