According to the National Statistics Committee, Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover reached $59.8 billion in January-September 2025. This is 22.9 percent or 11.1 billion dollars more than in the same period last year.
The volume of exports amounted to $26.7 billion and increased by 33.3 percent. Imports amounted to $33.1 billion and increased by 15.6 percent.
Uzbekistan currently maintains trade relations with 206 countries. Among them, the leading partners are China (19.1%), Russia (15.7%), Kazakhstan (5.8%), Turkey (3.6%), and the Republic of Korea (2.2%).
According to experts, this growth is explained by the expansion of the country's export potential and types of production. In particular, the strengthening of trade relations with China and Russia further increased economic activity.
It is noted that Uzbekistan is entering a new stage of foreign economic activity and strengthening its position in international markets.
