As previously reported, in recent days the exchange rate of the US dollar has been declining significantly in Uzbekistan. Since the beginning of this year, the sum has strengthened by almost 8 percent against the dollar.
Economists analyzed the last 10 trading sessions. The results showed that the sum was the strongest national currency against the dollar.
During 10 sessions, the sum strengthened by 1.9 percent. For comparison, during this period, the ruble strengthened by 1.2 percent, and the tenge by 0.1 percent.
It can also be noted that the franc strengthened by 1.1 percent and the euro by 0.8 percent.
