Exchange rates announced for October 31

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan announced the official exchange rates for foreign currencies for October 31, 2025. According to it, the US dollar appreciated by 34.69 soums and amounted to 12,025.22 soums.

• The euro appreciated by 10.32 soums and reached 13,969.70 soums.

• The pound sterling appreciated by 8.58 soums and reached 15,860.06 soums.

• The Russian ruble depreciated by 1.35 soums and amounted to 149.36 soums.

• The Chinese yuan appreciated by 2.31 soums and amounted to 1,691.14 soums.

• The Japanese yen depreciated by 0.56 soums and amounted to 78.20 soums.

• The Kazakh tenge depreciated by 0.13 soums and decreased to 22.62 soums.
