On December 1, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed a presentation on increasing export potential and simplifying the use of public services by entrepreneurs. At the presentation, it was proposed to open a "Business Partner" center for entrepreneurs, which will combine all public and private services in one place.
During the presentation, it was noted that Uzbekistan has set a goal to increase exports to $45 billion by 2030. To achieve this indicator, it is necessary to enter new high-margin markets, not limited to traditional ones. During the presentation, the need to establish preferential trade with countries considered promising markets, intensify trade and economic relations, and expand the infrastructure and capacity of border crossing points in accordance with the growth of export-import volumes was noted.
Officials provided information on the position of products in foreign markets, the types of goods in high demand, cooperation projects with foreign partners, and work on export diversification.
Today, 81 government agencies provide 739 types of services to entrepreneurs. However, it was noted that due to the scattered provision of 576 types of services, entrepreneurs are wandering from office to office, collecting documents. For example, for the production of meat products, it is necessary to go through 17 stages and visit 10 agencies.
At the same time, there is no single private service area providing consulting services in accounting, taxation, export, and certification. Such services can be integrated with banks, insurance companies, exchanges, brokers and logistics operators, business training and training programs.
At the presentation, it was proposed to open a "Business Partner" center for entrepreneurs, which will combine all public and private services in one place.
According to the plan, in the centers created under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, all public and private services will be provided in one place through a single electronic platform based on the "single window" principle. A call center will also be created, which will respond to entrepreneurs' appeals around the clock.
The President approved the proposal and noted that the center should cover all spheres, from the creation of a business entity to the organization of its activities, the sale and export of finished products. Responsible persons were given appropriate instructions in this regard.
