Vitamin C aids collagen production, strengthening the hair structure. Sources include citrus fruits, strawberries, and spinach.

Vitamin D supports the growth of new hair follicles. Obtained from sunlight, fatty fish, and eggs.

Vitamin E improves blood circulation in the scalp. Found in nuts, vegetable oils, and green vegetables.
