Teen dies after visit to private clinic in Bukhara

An 11-year-old boy has died following a visit to a private clinic in Bukhara, according to Nova24.uz.

Reports on social media claim that the child was active in sports and visited the clinic with his father due to ear pain. During the visit, he was injected with medication without an allergy test.

Uzbekistan’s General Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation. A forensic medical examination has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
