Uzbek military marched on Red Square during Victory Parade
On May 9, 2025, the Victory Parade took place on Red Square in Moscow, with the participation of Uzbek military personnel, reports Kursiv.

The parade also included military units from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, China, Egypt, Laos, Mongolia, and Myanmar.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev observed the parade from the tribune. After the parade, he laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Alexander Garden and honored the fallen with a minute of silence.

On the same day, Mirziyoyev met with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, and other world leaders.
