With the arrival of hot days, roadside sales of such drinks became active, despite not meeting health standards.
During a recent inspection by the local Sanitary and Epidemiological Committee, products posing a threat to public health were identified and seized.
Confiscated items included:
• 10 liters of ayran
• 5 liters of lemonade
• 8 liters of apricot juice
• 9 liters of an unknown beverage
All drinks were prepared in violation of hygiene rules, without quality or safety guarantees, and were disposed of in accordance with regulations.
