A blogger woman, who wanted to become famous on the internet through a noisy "game" with children, found herself in an awkward situation. Videos spread on social networks sparked serious public discussions. In these videos, children are seen threatening each other with a knife.
According to the information, the incident happened on July 13 in Tashkent region. A 32-year-old citizen, during leisure time, encouraged her own son and nephew to "jokingly fight", visibly enjoying it. She uploaded these scenes to her social media page with the aim of attracting public attention.
Shortly after, the video became a topic of public debate. It is noted that the video content violates not only children's rights, but also general moral norms. It was observed that children threatened each other with a knife, and adults considered it entertaining.
The Children's Ombudsman office conducted an investigation after these video materials. Based on this, on July 14, an official letter was sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs requesting a legal evaluation of the incident.
According to the legislation, actions that endanger children's safety and healthy development lead to liability. On this basis, on July 15, the blogger woman was held administratively liable under Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. This article includes cases of failure to fulfill duties related to child upbringing and education.
The amount of the fine ranges from 1 to 5 BRV, that is from 375,000 to 1.9 million soums. A fine was imposed on the woman, and the family was taken under the supervision of responsible organizations.
Among citizens, opinions like "bloggers have crossed the line" and "seeking fame through negative content is wrong" were voiced. The public often emphasized the potential harm such videos may cause to children.
In its statement, the Children's Ombudsman reminded parents and adults of their responsibility in child upbringing and stressed that aggressive behavior cannot be shown as a "joke".
Such incidents encourage parents, educational institutions, and society to be more alert. The environment created for children must be not only healthy but also safe. Because they are our future, and their feelings and mental state must not become a victim of internet hype.
The above incident once again proves that the desire for internet fame sometimes leads to ignoring social norms and legal requirements. Such actions may result in very dangerous consequences.
Currently, the family is under the supervision of authorized agencies, and additional work is being carried out to protect children's rights. If necessary, psychological assistance and social services may also be involved. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
