In June of this year, another important agreement was implemented within the framework of international cooperation — South Korean specialists purchased 6 service dogs bred in Uzbekistan.
According to the information, the dogs named Jessy, Bella, Farona, Rada, Fayz, and Fariz, who underwent special training at the National Cynology Center in Tashkent, were successfully subjected to all required veterinary examinations before dispatch. They were officially sent to Korea via the Tashkent International Airport with all the necessary documentation for international transportation.
The Korean customs service received these dogs, and currently, the process of their adaptation to the new climate is ongoing. Once the adaptation is complete, these dogs will be deployed to service for the country’s security. It should be noted that these dogs will be effectively used in the fight against narcotics and smuggling.
This cooperation not only reflects the reliable relations between the two countries but also highlights the achievements of Uzbekistan in the field of cynology. Dogs raised in the National Cynology Center according to international standards are being highly valued abroad — this indicates the high potential in this field.
As a reminder, earlier South Korea had purchased 3 service dogs from this center. With the addition of the newly sent 6 dogs, the total number of Uzbek service dogs sent to Korea has reached 12.
The increasing international demand for service dogs trained in our country gives hope for signing even more export contracts. The efforts of the National Cynology Center in this area are further enhancing our nation’s prestige. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
