Sharof Rashidov and Pakhtakor appointed new governors

New governors appointed for Sharof Rashidov and Paxtakor

Extraordinary sessions of the district Councils of People's Deputies were held in the Sharof Rashidov and Paxtakor districts of Jizzakh region, Kursiv.media reported.

Ashurov Asilbek Rakhmonovich was proposed for the position of governor of Sharof Rashidov district and was unanimously approved by the deputies. He has been serving as the governor of Paxtakor district since 2022.

Abduvohidov Khusan Boltakovich was appointed as the governor of Paxtakor district. Before this position, he worked as a financial advisor in a project of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
