Fake Drug Manufacturing Operation Exposed in Tashkent

In a joint operation by the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, an illegal drug production facility was exposed in Tashkent.

During the investigation, 11 drug manufacturing machines, 389 kg of powder and tablets, molds, capsules, and other equipment were seized as evidence. According to expert analysis, drugs such as "Ursosan," "Neuromidin," and "Fanigan" were found to be counterfeit.

Additionally, pharmacies were found to be selling 15 types of counterfeit drugs and 14 types of expired medications. These drugs pose a significant health risk, as counterfeit and expired medicines can have detrimental effects on people's lives and well-being.
